Transformers rocks my socks!!!!!!

Damn man, damn.

It was simply amazing, and mind-blowing it was. It's almost 4 in the morning but I'll be damned if I didn't get this up now.

Oh and what am I blabbering about? Why Transformers of course! The Michael Bay adaptation of the object of every decent child's fantasy. Transformers for god's sake!

Not going to miss the premiere for the world, Transformers the live-action movie really delievered, with the bots looking way cooler than depicted in the posters. Ooh and the sound of them bots mobilizing, or transform into their alternate modes, brought back nostalgic memories of yesterdays and boy did it bring the chills.

With Michael Bay (a non-Transformers fan initially) at the helm, many die-hard fans were extremely sceptical of what the outcome would be, but after the watching it myself, the man deserves due credit for his portrayal of the Autobots and Decepticons which stuck very much to the original core flavour of the popular franchise, and also for keeping the movie action-packed throughout.

Interspersed with Shia LaBeouf's hilarious antics in his efforts to woo Megan Fox's character (smokin' hawt!!), the main attraction was obviously the battle between Autobots Optimus Prime (the tai gor), Jazz, Ironhide, Bumblebee and Ratchet, and Decepticons Megatron (iceman...lol), Starscream, Blackout, Frenzy, Barricade, Bonecrusher, Brawl and Scorponok.

The film kept me on the edge of my seat throughout and it was really quite disappointing when it all came to an end. For me, I didn't think the Autobots got enough screen time and the individual battles between the Autobots and Decepticons could've been lengthened (the duel between Optimus and Megatron whooped ass though). And what the fuck the uber-cool, slick Autobot second-in-command sabotuer, Jazz (I fucking worship him during my kiddie days) was disposed of in the movie (broken in half in fact) by Megatron as if he was just a cheap piece of garbage. Hello!! That's Jazz ok. A few things that coulda been further explored is Starscream's grudge towards his Decepticon leader. That would be cool.

Ahh, I could probably go on and on about the movie but before I go on spoiling the movie for youse who intend to watch it with my inane chatter, I'll just stop by saying it's a movie worth every last penny. There. That's it.

Back-side

Ahhhh. Am having one of those sleepless nights again. And who do I think of the minute the mood hits me? YOU, my dear reader. That just goes to show how much you mean to me, no?

Anyway, since I've had the computer restarted, might as well take the effort to blog, since I don't do much of it when I have the time. And today's topic is photographs, photographs of behinds. People's behind. (That doesn't sound obscene, does it?)

Not being a fan of photographs, I've always found photographs depicting people's backs and their gestures fascinating, it's as if the photographer has taken a snap of the essence of the character in the picture, a naked moment, a GOTCHA-moment which lights up a different perspective to the character in view.

There, one of my weird hobbies revealed. What's yours?

Got it!

Went for the interview and got confirmed about the job. SO....I'll be starting work next Monday at Midvalley's Boulevard offices, for Global Destiny Resources, a feng shui company (yes, you heard right).

Why would I ever choose to work in a feng shui company? Mainly because it was something new *shrugs*, an area to explore, and also due to the fact that the job is hassle-free and promises future career advancement.

Well, I reckon it's time to start on something and this, is an interesting branch. Let's see where it leads me.

Doops

Life after university. Ahhhhhhhhh... What can I say.

It has been indeed blissful, albeit awkward even, what with having to get used to being worry-free about assignments semester after semester. But with that comes the occasional worry of course, of not getting any call-backs after so many job applications sent.

Other than that, life's been a peach. I seem to be finding a lil' luck with the ladies lately, too much luck in fact (now there's only one person who knows about that)! That's largely due to the free time I now have on my hands and also, Michael my friend, you especially deserve a special mention here. The confidence one gets from that; immense I tell you.

Okay, that's the latest update on how I'm doing folks. Now I gotta hit the sack cos I've got a job interview tomorrow and oh, a hot date too!!

Wish me luck!
