I appreciate the effort but I'm perfectly comfortable with the way I am now and wouldn't wish for anything different. Also, I'd preferably skip the "mushroom planting" part. lol

Still, I'll be damned if I said I wasn't impressed. I'll admit la ok, your supposed 'networks' are better than I thought. Haha. Thanks again for the wonderful night. T'was a pity we didn't get drunk though.

It's only been five days since studies resumed and I'm already not too thrilled with the idea of having to go back to university next week (Except for lessons with the "lecturer" of course). It's the same ol' shit all over again and I'd rather save my breath than saw the sawdust.

On a brighter note, there's a couple of movies I hope to catch over the weekends, starting with 'X-Men 3: The Last Stand" and "Daisy" of course. Can't wait to drool over Jun Ji Hyun in her latest movie !!!

And I need my weekly dose of futsal !!

Of hands in your pocket

So there I was in the KTM yesterday, bathing in the sunlight of the beautiful morning, and as I looked down to find my left hand stuffed in the pocket of my jeans, the incredible thought of Alanis Morrisette hit me. I almost laughed out loud at the thought of the name as the relevance to the sight didn't seem to connect and I forgot about it in a puff.

And here I am today, in my favourite couch with a magazine in hand. All it took was a stare out of the window at the fluffy white clouds and I started to sing this:

Grandma's birthday party at the weekend was great, the wine especially. Nothing beats a glass of chilled Merlot, not even whiskey or a bottle of Carlsberg. Was a bit tipsy after the dinner but I made it to PJ in one piece, albeit loud. Ha

And Man Utd finished the season on a high, consolidating a second automatic qualifying spot in Europe ahead of the Scousers after slaying Charlton 4-0. Although United didn't look capable of threatening Chelsea's romp to their second Premiership crown, United’s final points total to 83, equal to or better than achieved in the title-winning seasons 1996/97, 1998/99, 2000/01 and the Reds’ last success in 2002/03. And that with Giggs and O'Shea in midfield for most of the second-half of the season mind you. So the only way from here is forward I'd reckon.

Congrats to Arse who'll be moving to Ashburton Grove come next season. You've done Highbury proud. But with or without Thierry Henry, that's another matter altogether.
